Vermont Supreme Court overturns decision awarding Slate Valley School Board member access to restraint and seclusion records

MONTPELIER – The Vermont Supreme Court has reversed a decision to allow access to restraint and seclusion documents in Slate Valley Unified Union School District under the Public Records Act.
